What is Charter pricing?
Charter customers lock their rate for life. The cohort is open while v1 ships — when v2 launches, Charter closes for new signups and standard pricing takes over. Existing Charter customers keep their rate forever.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free tier covers starter projects with light traffic and short analytics retention. No card.
What if I exceed limits?
Existing links keep working — always. The console tells you, and pauses new link creation until you upgrade.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Upgrades are instant. Downgrades apply at the next cycle. Cancel anytime to return to the free tier.
Refunds?
